Terma Perkhidmatan Agreement.

Please read these terms carefully before using the KopasAI platform. By using our services, you agree to these conditions.

01. Nature of Service

KopasAI is an AI orchestration platform that acts as a processor for your business data. We provide the tools to automate customer interactions, but the final responsibility for customer communication remains with the business owner.

In accordance with local laws, this version governs your access to our cloud services.

02. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • [[TERMS_SEC2_L2_T || 'Compliance']]: Compliance: Comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy.
  • [[TERMS_SEC2_L3_T || 'Ethics']]: Ethics: Prohibit the use of KopasAI for fraud, hate speech, or illegal activities.
[[TERMS_SEC2_WARN_H || 'Important']]: KopasAI is not responsible for business decisions made solely based on AI output without human verification.

03. Fees, Payment & Subscription

Services are provided on a subscription basis (SaaS). All payments are processed through official payment gateways.

  • [[TERMS_SEC3_L1_T || 'Cancellation']]: Cancellation: You can cancel anytime, but fees paid are non-refundable.
  • [[TERMS_SEC3_L2_T || 'Taxes']]: Taxes: Prices exclude local taxes (e.g. VAT/PPN) unless stated otherwise.
  • [[TERMS_SEC3_L3_T || 'Suspension']]: Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend access if payment fails after 3 attempts.

04. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You must comply with Meta’s Business Policies. Heavy violations like unauthorized mass messaging (Spam) may lead to permanent account blocking without compensation.

05. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You own all customer data, catalogs, and chat history. We have limited rights to process them to provide the service.

Our Tech: All AeroFlow™ architecture, platform code, and KopasAI trademarks belong to PT Amcore Tech Indonesia.

06. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KopasAI’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

07. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by local laws. Disputes will be resolved through mutual consultation, or if failing, through the competent courts.
