In early 2024, our founder Charles Xue sat in a coffee shop, watching the owner struggle to manage 300+ WhatsApp orders while also serving customers in person. The operational friction was the spark.
We decided to build the "Brains" that could handle the chaos. We named our AI assistant KopasAI—a tribute to those roots and a promise of energy, friendliness, and professional local service.
