Important Warning

This process will permanently delete your entire business profile, AI training history, customer database, and WhatsApp integrations from our servers. This action is irreversible after the grace period.

Export Your Data

Before deleting, we strongly recommend downloading your CRM reports and transaction logs via the "Export Data" menu.

Cancel Active Subscriptions

Ensure all pending bills are settled. Deletion will automatically terminate all running subscriptions.

Identity Confirmation

For security, you must verify the request via OTP sent to your registered WhatsApp or via password confirmation.

Grace Period

Your account will be deactivated immediately, but data will be kept for 30 days before total deletion. You can cancel the request during this period.

Legal Compliance Note: Based on tax and trade regulations, copies of transaction data (invoices) and basic identity for audit purposes will be kept in encrypted archives for 7 years.
